Workmanship is guaranteed.
Satisfaction with comfort level cannot be guaranteed as comfort is subjective and varies by individual.
Your body may require time to adjust to a new comfort level.
The guarantee and warranty only cover factory faults or manufacturing defects— not comfort preference.
Warranty and Guarantee Policy
All beds and couches purchased from Manuka Comfort include a manufacturer’s warranty against
defects in materials and workmanship, valid from the date of purchase shown on the original invoice.
All Manuka Comfort beds and couches carry a 2-year full exchange factory guarantee on all material and manufacturing defects.
- The guarantee is valid from the date of purchase indicated on the original invoice.
- Claims are subject to inspection and approval by Manuka Comfort or an authorised representative.
- If a material or manufacturing defect is confirmed, the product will be exchanged at no cost to the customer.
No refunds are provided under this policy.
Conditions
- The original invoice must be presented as proof of purchase.
- The product must have been used under normal household conditions and properly cared for.
- Products showing signs of abuse, neglect or intentional damage will not be covered.
- This guarantee does not cover comfort preference, normal wear and tear or damage caused by pets, liquids or improper use.
Exchange Process
- Contact Manuka Comfort within 2 years of purchase to report the issue.
- Provide your invoice and, if possible, photos of the defect.
- The product will be assessed for eligibility.
- Once approved, Manuka Comfort will arrange a factory exchange or replacement.
Delivery fees may apply unless the fault is confirmed as a manufacturing defect.
Exclusions
- Damage resulting from misuse, abuse or neglect.
- Normal fabric wear, fading or stains.
- Dissatisfaction with comfort level.
- Alterations, repairs or modifications by unauthorised persons.
General Terms
- Workmanship is guaranteed.
- Comfort is a matter of personal preference and cannot be guaranteed.
- Manuka Comfort reserves the right to inspect, assess and determine the validity of all warranty or exchange claims.
- This policy may be updated or amended without prior notice.
